On Sunday 30th November, myself and a crowd of jolly Elves will be lacing up our trainers and taking on a festive fun run to support better mental health and raise vital funds for Conwy Mind!

We all know the festive season can be a tough time for many, and demand for Conwy Mind's services increases significantly. By donating to my Mental Elf fundraiser you will be making a real difference to your local community. Every pound raised helps Conwy Mind support children and young people in the Conwy county who are experiencing poor mental health.

For all of you who have decided not to send Christmas cards this year, why not donate that money to this worthy cause that will work towards supporting children and young people who are struggling with poor mental health in Conwy
