Mental Elf Festive Fun Run is our family-friendly 5K, bringing the community together for some festive fun while raising vital funds to support children and young people with their mental health.

This year’s event will take place at Conyngham Hall, Knaresborough, HG5 9AY on Sunday 29 November 2026.

Whether you run, jog or walk, everyone is welcome! Bring the family, get a team together with friends or colleagues, or come along with your four-legged friend.

Where your fundraising goes

Funds raised through Mental Elf Festive Fun Run will go towards supporting Mind in Harrogate District’s work with children and young people, helping us provide local mental health support including:

- Counselling for young people aged 11–18

- Our young people’s mental health drop-in

- Mental health and wellbeing workshops

Demand for mental health support for children and young people continues to grow. By taking part, fundraising or making a donation, you’ll be helping us continue to provide vital support for young people across the Harrogate District.

Every pound raised stays here in the Harrogate District, helping us support the mental health and wellbeing of people in our local community.
