We are taking part in the Mental Elf Festive Fun Run to raise money for Mind in Harrogate District and help support children and young people with their mental health.

More young people are reaching out for help with their mental health and wellbeing, and having access to the right support at the right time can make a huge difference.

Mind in Harrogate District provides local support for children and young people, including counselling for 11–18 year olds, a young people’s mental health drop-in and mental health and wellbeing workshops.
