North Staffs Mind is excited to bring back Mental Elf – our much-loved festive 5km fun run – on Sunday 7th December 2025 at the stunning Trentham Gardens!

Whether you walk, jog or run, join us in your best elf gear (or any festive fancy dress!) to help raise awareness and vital funds for mental health support across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.

Why take part?

Mental Elf isn’t just a fun, family-friendly way to kick off the festive season – it’s also a chance to make a real difference. All money raised goes directly to supporting North Staffs Mind, your local mental health charity working right here in the community.

We’re here for everyone, offering services and support to over 12,000 people a year – from young people accessing The Maccas Project, to adults using our housing support, workplace training, or instant messaging services. Your donations help keep these life-changing services running.
