We offer a wide range of services across Sheffield to provide support, improve wellbeing and provide guidance to anyone experiencing mental health challenges. We work closely with local partners to raise awareness and enhance the quality and accessibility of mental health support in the community.

Story

On Saturday, 6th December a crowd of Elves will pull up their tights and lace up their trainers and take on our Festive Fun Run.

Taking place at Hillsborough Park in Sheffield, this is an event for everyone which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing.

It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others.

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind at any one time in England so its vital that we do what we can to improve and increase access to service provision in the area.

By supporting Mental Elf you will be making a real difference to your local community. Every pound raised helps us reach more people and ensures no one faces mental health challenges alone.

All funds raised during Mental Elf will stay here in the region and help us to build upon and sustain our vital services .

Let’s spread some Christmas cheer and support those in need together.

Many thanks to all our elves and to everyone who sponsors them. Together we can ensure no one has to face their mental health struggle alone.
