Despite sitting around lazily for the last month and having done zero practice, I am going to attempt to run this festive 5k. I may even wear elf attire. Photographic evidence will be released to all and any that sponsor me.

Sheffield Mind are committed to supporting adults who are struggling with their mental health, through social groups, outreach work, in community support and counselling. Although some of the services Sheffield Mind provides, like the Safe Space Service for survivors of domestic abuse that I work in, get funding through health and social care and local government, many of our services are only made possible by fundraising from local businesses and members of the public. Please help the Sheffield Mind team continue with this valuable work.
