Organised by The Seafarers' CharityThe Merchant Navy Fund, administered by The Seafarers' Charity, was set up in 2012 by two long-established charities, the Merchant Navy Welfare Board and The Seafarers' Charity to exclusively support UK Merchant Navy seafarers and their families.
Thanks to our supporters, since the establishment of the Merchant Navy Fund, we raised £720,000 in donations and awarded over £700,000 to date to support UK serving or retired MN seafarers in need and their families. But with no government funding, the Merchant Navy Fund continues to rely on your support to fund essential services for UK Merchant Navy seafarers and their families.
