Last year over 800 people joined our mission to cover 5,000 miles for the 5,000 people who are living with MND in the UK. Together they raised an incredible £280,000. Since then, six people have been diagnosed with the disease and six people have died every day in the UK. People affected by MND still need our support, so Mission 5000 is back for 2021.

The challenge starts on 1 August 2021 and runs for the entire month. Take part and cover as many miles as you can, by walking, running, cycling, swimming, scooting even knitting. The choice is yours. How far will you go for people living with MND?
