Hi everyone, this year throughout the month of August I have pledged to cycle/walk 310 miles, this equates to 10 miles a day for the 31 days. This is to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease association.
I have a very good friend who is suffering with this debilitating terminal disease, there is no cure. Please help support this charity in any way you can.
