We are a team of nine from Mooneerams Solicitors, taking on the challenge of a 50km trek across the Sahara Desert in March 2027 in support of Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity based in Cardiff.

Over the past year, we’ve had the chance to spend time with this wonderful charity, and its super team, and to see, first-hand, the enormous difference it makes to poorly children and their families from across Wales.

The funds raised by the charity mean the hospital and its young patients get access to the best facilities and equipment possible - the type of facilities that, without Noah's Ark's funding, they would probably have to go without!

The trek will prove a challenge, without doubt. With several days of walking across desert terrain, long hours on our feet in the heat and very few comforts along the way, it won't be a walk in the park. But that's why so many of us put our hands up to take part. We want to take on a real challenge and use that effort to raise as much sponsorship as possible!

Between now and March 2027, we’ll be raising funds both individually and as a team. As a team, we need to raise £17,000 in sponsorship, which means each of us must raise £1888. That, too, will be challenging, but with your help, we know we can achieve our goals.
