Story
1. Have a chat with your friends and family at home to help you think of
some great ideas to raise money. You can choose to do whatever you
like! Use the activity planning sheet you have been given in school to
help you plan all your brilliant ideas. Maybe you could:
★ Complete a sponsored silence or litter-pick
★ Have a clear out of old toys or books to sell
★ Offer to help family or neighbours by doing extra chores
★ Make something to sell like cakes or bracelets
2. During the summer holidays, choose your fundraising activity and use
the Sponsorship Form to help you collect sponsorship money (if you are
doing a sponsored activity). Remember to only ask family, friends and
neighbours you know. Always explain that the money raised will be used
to help our lovely school too.
3. After your fantastic fundraising event has taken place, collect in the
sponsorship money as soon as you can. Unfortunately we cannot accept
cash donations, so ask your grown up to donate the total money you
have raised using our Just Giving page in one single payment please.
Check your grown-up has included your name, current year group and
the type of activity you chose to do - we need to know who to say thank
you to! This needs to be done by Friday 6th September.
4. Everyone who joins in our ‘Summer Fundraising Challenge’ will receive a
very special certificate. Those who demonstrate particular
CREATIVITY and EFFORT will also be in with a chance of winning a
prize!
