Every year, Albion in the Community supports an average of 400 individuals with a disability to be active through football. We deliver disability specific sessions such as Cerebral Palsy and Autism as well as fully inclusive sessions to enable everyone to be active.

Did you know it costs just £50 to cover the cost of a football session for young people with a disability?

Move it May has been created to encourage people to get active while also helping to provide opportunities for vulnerable people to be active too. Every day you move and every pound you raise will make a huge difference to lives across Sussex.

Entry is just £10 per person and anyone who completes the challenge and raises £50 or more will receive a limited edition Move it May wooden medal. If you raise £100 or more, as a thank you, we will also send you an I smashed Move it May t-shirt.
