Every year Albion in the Community support an average of 400 individuals with a disability to be active. Through their disability specific football teams or their fully inclusive football sessions, Albion in the Community are totally awesome; helping individuals like my son Lucas, who is autistic, take part in team sports, get active and stay active. It has never been more important to be active and to support more vulnerable people to be healthy, and that is why I am taking part in Move it May.

I am committing to moving every day in the month by running at least 5 miles each day to raise money to support Albion in the Community to be there for those who most need their support.

It costs just £50 to cover the cost of a football session for young people with a disability, so every donation will make a huge difference.
