Story
This year's challenge is to contribute to the collective fundraising goal of £5000 in 50 days, in pursuit of raising awareness for MRKH, what it means, how it impacts, and what support is available. No one with MRKH should feel alone yet a lack of knowledge from medical professionals and poor awareness of support options means that time to reach a diagnosis and support is still too long.
This event is just one of our campaigns to raise awareness and shine a light on the community whilst ensuring everyone affected by MRKH finds resources, support and signposting relevant for them.
The challenge which runs virtually is designed to give every individual who takes part a goal to focus on their physical and mental health in a way that suits them whilst raising vital funds for the community.
This event is open to everyone who wants to raise awareness for MRKH whether you are an MRKHer, supporter or simply interested to learn more. The best part of this challenge is that you get to make the choice from our list of options. A way to dedicate and focus on something for you with a common goal in mind. What will you choose to take on?
Here are the challenges:
5000 metres per day for 50 days (walk, jog, run)
5000 steps per day for 50 days
5000 minutes of reading/journaling/mindfulness/cross stitch over 50 days
5000 minutes of exercise of choice over 50 days
