MRKH Connect 5000-in-50 is an annual international initiative to raise awareness for MRKH syndrome and often unknown condition affecting 1 in 5000 females.

I was diagnosed with this condition at the age of 17, and it’s made a huge impact on my well being. This community means the world to me, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them!

For my 5000- in- 50 challenge this year I have decided to spend everyday creating a collage of my MRKH journey, ( my master piece) for me but to share with the community hoping it will support and inspire others on thier own journey!!!!

The challenge to participants is to contribute to the collective fundraising goal of £5000 in 50 days, in pursuit of raising awareness for MRKH whilst promoting physical and mental health by choosing their virtual challenge option whilst promoting community, encouraging focus and motivation for a common goal.
