The MS Trust Running Club is suitable for all abilities and you choose the run you want to take part in. From virtual runs to relays, 5k to marathons and everything in between - no run is to big, small or imaginative. Our dedicated fundraising team will give you guidance and support every step of the way.
We receive no funding from the Government or the NHS. It's wholly due to the generosity of people like you supporting the Trust that we can continue our mission to ensure nobody has to manage MS alone.
