Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.

In January I aim to run a 10k every day to raise money for the MS Trust, and awareness of the condition.

Here are some facts for you about why those living with MS need support:

There are over 130,000 people living with MS in the UK, and many families that have been effected by it, my family included.

More than 100,000 people with MS live in areas where there are not enough MS nurses to look after everyone.

60,000 people with Advanced MS need long-term specialist MS support from health and social care.

Each week 130 people are diagnosed with MS in the UK. That’s one person every two hours.

My target of £500 could help fund an MS Specialist Nurse for two days.

About the charity

The MS Trust is a UK charity which is here to help everyone make sense of MS. We are here for everyone affected by MS, from the moment of diagnosis and throughout their journey. We're here today, tomorrow and every day after that.
