Story
100 People. £100 Each.
A Challenge That Could Save Lives.
This International Men’s Day, we’re calling on 100 people to each raise £100 in support of Men Who Talk — a grassroots mental health movement changing how men connect and support each other.
Why We're Doing This
Every year in the UK, over 6,500 people die by suicide — and 75% of them are men. These aren’t just numbers. They’re fathers, sons, friends, and colleagues.
Too often, men struggle in silence. The stigma around speaking up, outdated ideas of masculinity, and a lack of accessible support means many men don’t get help until it’s too late.
Men Who Talk is here to change that.
"It’s not therapy, it’s not counselling — it’s just honest conversation in a safe space." — A Men Who Talk member
What Your Support Will Do
Men Who Talk offers stigma-free, peer-led spaces for men to share openly, support one another, and know they’re not alone. No waiting lists. No judgment. Just connection.
Your donations will help us:
- Launch new peer support groups
- Train facilitators to hold safe spaces
- Reach more men through outreach and online promotion
- Keep all our services 100% free

How You Can Get Involved
We’re asking: Will you be 1 of the 100?
Raise £100 between now and Wednesday 19th November, International Men’s Day. Whether you run, walk, grow a moustache, host a pub quiz or simply spread the word — every pound raised helps create life-saving spaces for men.
Not ready to fundraise?
No problem — you can still donate to the team here and support the men who are.
This campaign is more than raising money. It’s about showing that vulnerability is not weakness — it’s courage. It’s connection. And it’s time for change.
"The group helped me realise I wasn’t alone — and that changed everything." — Men Who Talk participant
