In 2026 New Adventure Homes is turning property sales into positive change for children and families across Cheshire.

The family run estate agency, led by Amir Naeeni, has pledged to donate a minimum of £250 from every completed home sale to Cheshire Community Foundation. We are also planning some fundraising challenges to boost our total, so get involved!

Amir was inspired to act after learning that a family friend was having to rely on a food bank. It was a reminder that financial hardship is affecting families much closer to home than many of us realise.

Through this ongoing partnership donations will help fund vital local projects supporting children and families facing hardship across Cheshire. This includes practical help, community support and opportunities that help young people thrive.

This campaign is not about a one-off gift. It is about building kindness responsibility and community into everyday business and making sure every home sold helps create brighter futures for local children.
