Story
Throughout 2026, New Adventure Homes has pledged to donate £250 from every completed home sale to the Cheshire Community Foundation. This commitment was inspired by a moment that hit close to home — learning that a family friend had been forced to rely on a food bank. It was a powerful reminder that financial hardship isn’t distant or abstract; it’s affecting families right here in Cheshire. As the director of New Adventure Homes, I, Amir Naeeni, wanted to do even more. So I’ve taken on the 15km Berlin Tough Mudder and brought three close friends — Tom Storey, Tom Bainbridge, and Chris Holland — along with me. We’re all dads with families of our own, and together we want to turn this challenge into something that genuinely helps children and families across our community.
Tom Storey of Warren Partners is especially excited to be taking on Tough Mudder to raise funds for the Cheshire Community Foundation — an organisation with strong and meaningful links to the firm. His involvement adds an extra layer of purpose and connection to the cause we’re supporting, and he is proud to stand alongside the team in raising money for projects that directly benefit local families.
Chris Holland, Director of Peregrine Ltd, has the privilege of meeting and working with a wide range of people across our community every day. Through this, he sees first‑hand the challenges many individuals and local organisations face, as well as the incredible work being done to support them. That’s why Chris is taking on the Tough Mudder challenge — to raise money for Cheshire Community Foundation and help fund vital projects that make a real difference across Cheshire. This challenge will test him physically and mentally, but it’s all for an important cause that supports people who need it most, and he is genuinely grateful for every bit of support.
Tom Bainbridge is a dedicated family man who is looking forward to taking on the Tough Mudder challenge alongside great mates, all in support of an amazing cause. For Tom, this is about stepping up, giving back, and showing his own family the importance of supporting others. He is proud to be part of a team raising money for the Cheshire Community Foundation and is grateful for every donation and every bit of encouragement.
Every donation supports vital local projects that provide practical help, community support, and opportunities for young people to thrive. This isn’t about a one‑off gesture. It’s about building kindness, responsibility, and community into everyday life — and making sure every home sold, and every mile we run, helps create brighter futures for local children.
