Over 2.5 million older people feel they have no one to turn to for help and support. Will you help us be there?

This has been a terrifying and isolating year for many older people in Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham and Havering. This Christmas will be like no other in living memory. We have been working hard to help ease isolation and loneliness through our Befriending services, Home Support, Shopping, Advice and Information and on line exercise and other activities for those who are able to get on line. We have been supporting people with phone calls, emails and newsletters, offering advice, information on the latest Covid rules, and reassurance that there will be an end to all this and they will see their loved ones again. Our services have seen a huge increase in demand and we don't want to turn anyone away who might need our support.
