No5 Young People provides free, confidential mental health support, counselling and outreach for young people aged 11-25 across the 'RG' postcode area - having supported over 30,000 young people and their families since 1971!

Team No5 are suiting up this December and running the 5K Santa Run to raise vital funds to support our work.

Every penny raised goes directly to providing more sessions for local young people who need us. There are currently over 950 young people who have asked for help waiting for counselling.
