This December we are putting on Santa suits and running 5km around the University campus to raise money for this important local charity. We believe that young people's mental health is something that we should all be aware of and want to do our bit to raise money for a charity that helps them when they're struggling.

Since 1971, No5 has been offering free, confidential counselling and mental health support for young people aged 11-25 who live, work or study in the RG postcode area.

Your support through fundraising allows them to carry on supporting young people’s mental health. Without the generous donations that they receive from supporters and partners they would not be able to continue to provide free counselling services to young people.

We'll look silly and by the end of the race our faces will probably be as red as our suits, but we don't mind when the cause is so important!!
