The Bridgend Centre has been at the heart of the community of Bollington for well over 30 years. We work to enhance the quality of life for members of the community by fostering a caring, inclusive and supportive environment where they can thrive. We do this by providing a wide variety of activities, resources and interactions.

Every year for many years, on the second Sunday in July, the Bridgend Centre has run the Bollington Nostalgia Hill Race to raise valuable funds for our charity. Last year, with social distancing measures in place, we made the event a virtual challenge and this year we are going to do the same. We are inviting you to run 10km at some point between 26 June and 11 July and this can be following the famous Hill Race route, or it can be on a 10km route of your choice.

There will be prizes on offer for most fundraised, fastest runners and the highest hill climb. Compete against yourself, your friends or people in our community and raise funds for this wonderful local charity at the same time!
