MENTAL ELF IS BACK!

After the fantastic support and amazing feedback from last year's event, Mental Elf is returning to Sherwood Pines!

Pull on your best festive fancy dress and join us for our second "Mental Elf" fun run. You can run, walk, jog or skip (elves love to skip!) your way around the 5km course. The whole family can take part, including well behaved dogs.

Nottinghamshire Mind exists to improve and support the mental health of everyone across Nottinghamshire. Our support services are designed with the needs of our communities in mind. They are accessible in a variety of ways, recognising each person as an individual. We're here to give a friendly smile, a listening ear and most importantly, respect.

Our community services are free to access and don't need a referral. We rely on fundraising and donations to meet our financial shortfall in providing these services. By donating to our Mental Elf campaign or sponsoring someone who is taking part, you are helping to ensure we can continue our work. Maintaining the provision of our existing services and extending them into more communities where they're needed.
