Mind are raising awareness and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

Every penny you donate will go to helping them provide their #well community services. They offer a non-judgemental, listening ear to people in Nottinghamshire who are struggling with their mental health. They help individuals build resilience and take control of their mental wellbeing.
