Story

Help Us Stay Mission Ready – Fund Our New Incident Control Van

Nottinghamshire Search and Rescue Team (NSART) is a volunteer-run charity that provides vital support to emergency services across the county. Our team is made up entirely of trained volunteers who respond to callouts 24/7, assisting in the search for missing and vulnerable people. We operate in all conditions—rain, snow, heat, and darkness—because every minute counts when a life is at risk.

At the heart of our operations is our incident control van, which serves as a mobile command centre during search missions. It allows us to coordinate teams, manage communications, and ensure the safety of everyone involved. Unfortunately, our current van is no longer fit for purpose. Mechanical issues and outdated equipment are compromising our ability to respond effectively.

We urgently need to raise £30,000 to purchase and equip a new control vehicle. This will dramatically improve our operational capabilities and ensure we remain ready to respond whenever we’re needed.

As a charity, we rely entirely on donations. Every contribution—big or small—will go directly toward funding the new van and the equipment needed to save lives. Your support will help us continue to serve the people of Nottinghamshire with speed, safety, and professionalism.

Please donate today and share our campaign. Together, we can make a real difference.

Help us stay mission ready. Help us save lives.
