2021 will mark the 5th time that Team NVCS has run in the Los Angeles Marathon to raise funds for North Valley Caring Services, a nonprofit organization serving the residents in the Northeast San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. Since beginning as a soup kitchen more than three decades ago, NVCS has adapted its services to the changing needs of the community, becoming a model center for community empowerment; offering a wide array of programs to enable residents to lift themselves out of poverty, while also encouraging them to build a vision for the community's future.
