Story
Pan is driven by a desire to improve the lives of people within our communities and to bring the healing power of the arts to those who have suffered trauma, displacement, exploitation and social injustice.
For 40 years Pan Intercultural Arts has worked across London in various community centres to deliver this work to over 500 people annually. This year, we are finally fulfilling our ambitions of having our very own building, a centre where the majority of our sessions can take place, where our participants can feel safe and develop their paths to better futures and where new projects can be seeded to meet the ever-growing need. It will allow us to double our capacity over the next three years.
We have already had the skills and experience generously donated by architects tp bennett, construction firm 8Build, and Greenwood lawyers but now need to raise £25,000 to enable us to fit out the space.
Donate today and be part of an iconic moment in Pan’s history and make our new home a reality.
Inspired by Ti-Jean Martin (quoted below), who rode for us last year - we have found 40 keen riders to help us get to this fundraising target.
In riding and raising money I felt I was playing a part in the charity’s drive towards long-term and impactful systemic change. And I enjoyed it!
When you donate to Pan, you’re not just giving money — you’re helping to create life-changing moments for young people who leave us ready to lead fulfilling lives, free of fear and limitations.
A donation today will ensure that more people can access our weekly workshops and discover a new sense of purpose, or finally feel like they belong like this participant from our female survivors of trafficking project:
(Pan) gave me the go-ahead to be strong. Thank you for mentoring us to be big, to stand up for ourselves.
Every single one of Team Pan’s riders hugely appreciates your generosity. Thank you for helping us reach more vulnerable and disadvantaged young people each year, using the arts as a tool for hope, healing, and change.
