Every day across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, vulnerable adults are facing life alone. Many have no family to turn to, no friends to call and no one to help them navigate overwhelming challenges.

At Shropshire PCAS, our independent advocates provide someone to stand alongside people when they need it most. By visiting people in their own homes, we support them through housing issues, health appointments, social care, safeguarding concerns and accessing the services they need. For many, their advocate is the only person they see all week.

That's why we've launched "A Visit Changes Everything".

One visit can help someone open months of unopened post, regain confidence, access vital support and begin to feel less alone. It can be the first step towards a safer, happier and more independent future.
