Story

Thank you for supporting our Edinburgh Kiltwalk campaign.

Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness was created as a Scottish charity (SC051472) with the aim of ensuring that financial ability is not a obstacle to anyone receiving the life enhancing benefits of mindfulness.

The free-of-charge mindfulness courses we provide are helping children and adults obtain an enriched quality of life with more happiness, joy, harmony and peace of mind.

We provide high quality mindfulness courses throughout the year to the general public and so far, over 1600 people have registered for them.

We aim to empower under served individuals through mindfulness to gain self-awareness, confidence, self-regulation and resilience, leading to a sustained well-being for the individual and the wider community they engage with.

As a charity we rely on the support of those who value our work, from course participants, friends and members, to the general public.

Please donate to our cause. Every £ of your donation will directly help us to continue and expand our course provision to children and adults throughout the Scottish Borders. They also rely on your support.

Thank you so much for your support.
