Sandgate to Chapel Island Walk

On Sunday 10th July, we will be taking part in the beautiful Sandgate to Chapel Island Walk. This is a 5.5 mile walk across the bay, raising much-needed funds for Pendleside Hospice!

Pendleside Hospice believes in nurturing and caring for those in our local community affected by advancing long term and life limiting illness, through to end of life care and bereavement, by providing a range of comprehensive and easily accessible services to support them on their journey.

Story

Any additional sponsorship raised directly by our fundraisers goes directly towards the vital care provided by Pendleside. It costs £12,500 to keep the Hospice running for one day, so every penny that is raised is so important. You may never know exactly how your support will help but you can be assured that the impact your support will have on local families who can benefit from the Hospice services at one of the most difficult and emotional times will be huge and every so appreciated.
