At Winston's Wish we work closely with children and young people who have lost someone important, and many of them have shared that gaming helps them cope with grief. Some play games to remember and feel connected to the person who has died, or some play them to simply switch off for a while when things get tough. Some have even shared that the person who died is someone they used to game with - their Player 2.

Inspired by their stories we've launched our Player 2 campaign, and we need your help! Take on a gaming challenge for Winston's Wish and help us be there for grieving children when they need us more than ever.

From tournaments and marathons, to D&D and board games sessions, all are welcome to join in and help us support children and young people who've lost their Player 2.
