Bumblebees play a vital, yet often overlooked, role in our lives. They are essential pollinators of wildflowers and food crops – they help keep food affordable and ecosystems thriving. But sadly, our bumblebees are in crisis.

The UK has lost 97% of wildflower meadows in the last century. This devastating loss of habitat, combined with climate change and exposure to pesticides, means bumblebees are struggling to survive. Two bumblebee species have become extinct, and a further eight species require urgent and targeted conservation.

But it doesn't have to be this way. At the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, we are dedicated to reversing the decline of our bumblebees. By taking part in, or supporting, a 'Pollin8 Challenge' you will be raising vital funds which will allow us to:
