Visit the charity's profileWhether youre a first time runner or seasoned pro, the Porthcawl 10k is set to be an exciting event in a superb location. To mark our 20th year, the first 20 spaces are completing free and thereafter will be the discounted rate of £4.99 when pledging to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship which could pay for four hours of emotional support from a family support practitioner, helping families to deal with the daily challenges they face.
The Healthspan Porthcawl 10k is an exciting addition to the town known for its surf, sports and coastal walks. A summertime hotspot for both locals and visitors - Porthcawl is renowned for shining under the sun.The all-new race will take place on closed-roads, taking in a number of landmarks and stunning seaside spots including Rest Bay, Trecco Bay, Coney Bay, the picturesque town-centre, historic Grand Pavillion and the iconic Porthcawl Lighthouse.
