We support, empower and enable people to move into work, to live independently, to access the health care support they need to manage their health, to give them the information needed to make their own life decisions, to claim the benefits such as PIP to enable them to finance a PA or adaptations needed to work and live independently, to employ a Personal Assistant through our bespoke agency who can provide the support they need from personal care to support in the home and buddying to appointments, to be able to have equal access and opportunity to engage in their communities and society, to use their lived experience to have a voice and an impact on services such as the NHS and council, to enable people in hospital to return to their homes safely and with the support they need in place to remain there rather than staying in hospital or moving into a care facility.
