I am running this year’s Brighton marathon to raise funds for Possability People a charity that supports and empowers people with disabilities and long-term health impairments across Sussex.

Having been diagnosed with severe social anxiety disorder in my early twenties, Possability People had provided an environment where I could learn to challenge and manage my anxiety. It was through this empowerment that my life had changed and eventually led to me achieving a long-standing dream of mine, to solo travel the world!

Unfortunately, earlier this year the charity has been facing funding cuts from the Brighton local authority and essential services have been slashed.

It would be fantastic to support Possability People and allow it to continue delivering the much-needed support if offers!
