Supporters are lacing up their walking boots and testing their stamina and navigation skills in one of Severn Hospice’s most popular fundraising events – the Pontesbury Potter!

But it’s anything but a ‘potter’ – there’s rugged terrain, steep climbs, slippery slopes, high hilltops and let’s not forget the winter mud.

Perfect for fell runners and ramblers alike, the 13-mile route around the stunning Shropshire countryside takes place on Saturday 22 March.

Your sponsorship will help Severn Hospice to continue to provide specialist care and support free of charge to families across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales who are living with an incurable illness.

Did you know that £23 provides a family with an hour’s care from a Hospice at Home healthcare assistant? And for every £1 donated to the hospice last year, 84p was spent directly on care. The remaining 16p was used to raise another £1.
