I’m memory of my lovely mum who we recently recently lost to cancer. She loved the simple pleasure of being outdoors. I had planned to do this before she passed away but is even more poignant now following her peaceful passing. The support and care we received from the Severn Hospice was second to none and we couldn’t have got through a very difficult time without them. Allowing us to honour my mums wishes to be at home with her family when her time came to be at peace. Their care team are wonderful I will forever thank them whole heartedly.
