For the last 9-years, The Mariposa Trust has been at the forefront of supporting people affected by baby loss, whether the loss was recently or whether it was years or even decades ago. Whether a loss has taken place during pregnancy, at birth or in infancy, the charity provides comprehensive services, support, resources and more, via its six divisions.

Each year the organisation welcomes lots of fundraisers who want to take part in sports-based activities and races, and so has launched 'Race For Love' to coordinate all runs and races. This is managed by experienced athlete Dave Burton and Race for Love administrator Laura, who are also able to give advice on training and lots more, to ensure that each athlete is fully supported in their fundraising efforts.

The charity has been able to secure places at some national races, due to the generosity of one of its sponsors, and in 2022 has over 60 places at 7 races around the UK. In addition, people are able to apply for and book places at different races, and run as part of #TEAMSG in aid of the Mariposa Trust...so if you would like to take on the challenge, just email runners@sayinggoodbye.org today and speak to the team.

We have had children and adults take on distances from a few miles, to 2,000-mile challenges, and the funds they have raised help to provide our support service accessed by over 50,000 people each week, the Saying Goodbye services of remembrance around the UK, free resources to the NHS and so much more...so please sponsor the amazing runners and participants taking part, and please consider taking part yourself.
