Due to amazing feedback and unprecedented demand we are bringing the Rainbow Run - our family-friendly colour run back at a BRAND NEW VENUE! Get ready to experience a burst of colour and laughter as we come together for a day of fun and giving back to your local hospitals. This exciting event will take place on Sunday 22 June 2025 at Letchworth Rugby Club, SG6 2EN.

Take on a 2.5k, 5k or our brand new SMILE MILE. As you make your way through the course, be prepared to be showered with a vibrant array of colours at our colour stations!

But it's not just about the run - it's about making a difference. By participating in the Rainbow Run, you'll be supporting Lister Hospital, New QEII, Hertford County Hospital and Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. Together, we can make a positive impact in our hospitals.

On the day you can expect an exciting event village with food stalls, ice cream, bouncy castles and merchandise.

All runners will receive a race number where you can dedicate your run to someone; this could be in memory of a loved one, to one of our wonderful NHS staff members or a team at one of our hospitals. Everyone will also receive a medal when crossing the finish line!

There will be a trophy awarded to the runner with the best rainbow inspired outfit so make sure you dress to impress - the bigger the better! We also have coveted trophies for Top Fundraiser, Top Staff Team and our Top School Fundraiser Shield!
