This is Riverside Community Trust's first September Sleepout.

RCTs September Sleepout is an organised charity event where people are sponsored to exchange their pillow for a pavement for one evening. The event is being held at Riverside Church, Car Park on Friday 28th September 2018 in aid of our main project Care & Share.

Participants will arrive at the venue at 10pm and sign in and then choose a spot for the night and lay out their bedding. Cardboard boxes will be provided! Participants sleep out until around 7am when breakfast will be served. The event will hopefully help those taking part to understand a little more of what it is like to sleep rough and to identify, to some extent, with our friends that come along to our weekly drop-in service on a Wednesday afternoon .
