Whether it's running 5k, or walking to work a new way, a morning swim or just taking the bike for a spin - thousands of people around the UK will be kick-starting their 2019 in the most positive way.
RED is proud to be partnering with leading mental health charity Mind. Your local Mind, Great Yarmouth & Waveney Mind, will be supporting people across Norfolk and Waveney this RED January, with all funds raised helping to continue their vital work in the community and to ensure no-one has to face a mental health problem alone.
