40,000 children under the age of 18 are affected by the loss of a parent each year in the UK.
The Ruth Strauss Foundations mission is to help families access professional emotional support when facing the death of a parent from cancer , and drive the need for more research & collaboration in the fight against non-smoking lung cancer.
Our aim is to make it from Lords, London to Ruth's hometown in Australia. At a total of 10,446 miles we need everyone's help to get there!
There is no start date, route or rules - you can make your challenge just right for you. Join our #RunforRuth community and run or walk wherever you wish, whenever you like and with whichever family you choose, helping to support more families.
