I am #RunningforRuth to raise awareness and funds for the Ruth Strauss Foundation and their work to support families with dependent children, who are facing the death of a parent.

Their mission is to help families access professional emotional support when facing the death of a parent, and drive the need for more research & collaboration in the fight against non-smoking lung cancer.

We think this is important because 40,000 children under the age of 18 are affected by the loss of a parent each year in the UK.
