Story

We believe that everyone should have enough food to feed themselves and their family even when in a crisis. That is why Rugby foodbank collects tens of thousands of tonnes of food each year, all donated by local people in the community. Our volunteers sort and pack food parcels which are given to people who are referred to us by local agencies. There are many reasons why people are in a crisis and need to come to the foodbank - debt, benefit delay, loss of employment, sickness.
