Story

The goal is simple: to run or jog 100km throughout the month of May. To help plan your month, that’s roughly 25km per week, or five 5km runs per week but these are just suggestions. You can split your runs however works best for your schedule.

The key is to commit to the challenge and stay consistent, so you can reach your 100k goal by Sunday 31st May 2026. 👟

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, join our Run 100k in May challenge to support people living with and affected by diabetes, run on your schedule, your way, and feel your sense of achievement grow this spring.
