Challenge yourself to run or jog 100 kilometres this May to support people living with and affected by diabetes. That’s an achievable 3.2 km (2 miles) a day. Small steps that make a big impact!

What started as a few worrying symptoms quickly became a life-changing moment for our whole family. It’s constant monitoring, injections, carb counting, and navigating the highs and lows — both physically and emotionally.
