Age UK Hammersmith and Fulham is a charity that works hard to deliver holistic services that improve the lives of older people in the borough. We address many of their common needs from ill health, loneliness and social isolation to care and support, poverty, and poor housing. Many of the hardships and daily challenges they face, physically, socially, and financially, have become much worse over the last eighteen months.

We work hard to help inform and engage them so they can lead fuller lives, preserve or increase the significance of their independence, their personality and confidence, and overall well-being.

Your donation will be used to continue to provide vital year-round services and activities.

£20 can help an older person have a one-to-one digital skills session with a Digital Champion.

£40 could help provide a complete benefits check for an older person, ensuring they receive the benefits that are rightfully theirs.

£120 could help us provide a day of activities to help improve social connections and reduce isolation.

£500 could enable us to provide for an entire year our ongoing weekly befriending service to an isolated and vulnerable older person.
