Help Us Change the Ending: Support The Lucy Rayner Foundation
“We had no idea she was struggling. No signs. No warnings. Just gone.”
In May 2012, Lucy Rayner tragically took her own life at the age of 22. Like far too many young people, Lucy had been silently suffering with her mental health. Her passing shook her family and friends to the core — and it revealed a heartbreaking gap in support for young people experiencing mental illness.
From this unimaginable pain, The Lucy Rayner Foundation was born.
“We wanted to make sure no other family went through what we did. We knew we had to do something — for Lucy, and for every young person like her.”
— Jenny Rayner, Co-Founder and Lucy’s Mum
The Lucy Rayner Foundation exists to raise awareness and provide free mental health services for young people across the UK. Through school outreach, one-to-one counselling, community events, and early intervention, the charity helps thousands of people every year.
But the need is growing — and we can’t do it without your help.
